Sieber Amide Resin is a hyper acid-labile solid-phase support used in Fmoc-based peptide synthesis, allowing the preparation of protected peptide amides under very mild cleavage conditions (typically 1% TFA). It is especially useful when synthesizing fragments that need to remain protected for later fragment condensation.
