Fmoc-Rink Amide AM Resin is a specialized solid-phase support used in Fmoc-based peptide synthesis. It combines the Rink amide linker with an aminomethyl polystyrene resin, and is preloaded with an Fmoc-protected amine group. This design allows peptides to be synthesized with a C-terminal amide after cleavage, which is important because many natural and therapeutic peptides exist in this form.
